Team Biography and Old Statistics

Known statewide Richer Racing are NASCAR drivers in the making. 15 year old "Dynamite" Dave Richer (aka "The Hulk", and "The Richer Rocket") 21 year old "Spud" Bud Richer (aka "Firecracker") and new for this year 16 year old James "The Jet" Stanley Jr. They have natural talent and the love for racing. "Dynamite" Dave started racing stock gas go karts in 1999. Dave has accomplished many of his racing goals. With about 200 victories, 4 Track Championships, and 3 King of Dirt Titles. "Spud" Bud started racing alcohol go karts in 2001. Bud has about 20 victories, 1 Track Championship, 1 King of Hill Title and 1 King of Dirt Title. James "The Jet" started racing at the end of 2006. He has no victories yet due to his very short racing career. He hopes to win a race in the very near future.
Dave and Bud's father Ed (James' uncle) and their uncle raced dirt modifieds from 1954-2000. Ed raced week after week for 22 years at The Utica Rome Speedway. Finally retiring to watch and enjoy his kids do what they do best and to keep the family tradition going.
They have raced and won indoor and outdoor, both dirt and asphalt, in New York, Canada, Vermont and are currently racing and winning in North Carolina. They thank Salisbury Midas, Dover Power Engines and currently are looking for more sponsors.
